We use Industry analysis, cultural assessment and the evaluation of existing talent to bring each client the experience and fit they need to make the right appointment.
We do all this FAST – because we can. This is a key deliverable for us and it’s possible because we don’t need to go out to market, we already have the network and database in place – we have probably already talked to your ideal candidate.
Typically we provide a shortlist of candidates who are fully briefed and have gone through our process to our clients within a week to 10 days – without advertising at all. This means that your search is incredibly efficient and discreet.
We are good at what we do – clients keep coming back, candidates become our clients (and vice versa), and almost all of our work has come to us by referral. Yes, we are approachable, warm and reliable – but we are also frank, straight talking and well informed!

About Us
Jo van Riemsdijk
Following sales management and Account Management roles at the Image Bank and ITN, Jo became Business Development Director of The Profile Group for five years after being Head of Account Management for 3 years.
She successfully headed up and developed the sales, marketing and commercial operations of the business. Leading a team of 18, Jo was responsible for formulating and implementing sales and marketing strategies. She also introduced processes and procedures to successfully increase new business sales and improve client retention and sales year on year. She then left to join The Bridgeman Art Library as Head of UK Sales and successfully made the UK operation more commercial, efficient and profitable before starting a family. She founded CX Talent with Kate Baird in 2012 and lives in East Hertfordshire with husband Hans, their two children, and dog Elvis.
Kate Baird
Kate started her career in theatre marketing working for Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Really Useful Group, becoming Marketing Manager at the Playhouse Theatre before moving into Event Production for Mask Entertainments. In this role she designed, budgeted, sold and produced high profile and large-scale events for blue chip, entertainment and private clients.
Kate then returned to theatre as director of Guy Chapman Associates, a role that concluded with the merger of the agency with the Target Media Group. She then managed the Arts Theatre in the West End for Kingdom Entertainment Group, helped set up a new ticketing business called Bookings First, and ran a series of large scale concert events at Historic Palaces across the UK. After starting her family she continued to work as an independent theatre producer, presenting a UK tour of a children’s show Book It and a series of celebrity interviews called Face to Face at the Arts Theatre, before founding CX Talent in 2012 with Jo van Riemsdijk. Kate lives in East Hertfordshire with husband Andrew, their two children and dog Tiggy.
